年度安全 & 防火报告
The Clery行为 is a consumer protection law that aims to provide transparency around campus crime policy and statistics. Our 年度安全 and 防火报告 embodies this commitment by providing comprehensive insights into campus crime statistics from the past three years and detailed safety procedures. This report is required to provide crime statistics for the prior three (3) years, policy statements regarding various safety and security measures, campus crime prevention program descriptions, and procedures to be followed in the investigation and prosecution of alleged sex offenses.
TSU’s 公共安全部 as a whole is required to produce an annual Clery行为 report. This report is commonly called the 年度安全 and 消防安全报告.

Timely warnings are notifications issued at the discretion of the TSU 公共安全部 to alert the campus community about Clery行为 crimes that have occurred and pose a serious or ongoing threat to students and employees. The purpose of these warnings is to enable individuals to protect themselves and prevent similar crimes.

Timely warnings are issued for Clery行为 crimes that:
- Occur within the institution's Clery geography (on campus, on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus, and in or on non-campus buildings or property that the institution owns or controls).
- Are reported to campus security authorities or local police agencies.
- Are considered by the institution to represent a serious or continuing threat to students and employees.
